Our Team

The KidWell Clinically Integrated Network (CIN) and Accountable Care Organization (ACO) is governed with a structure similar to a Management Services Organization (MSO) including a Board of Managers (BOM) and Operations Leadership Team (OLT). These two groups of dedicated physician and operational leaders work together to support day-to-day activities, ensure quality care, advise practices and manage total cost.

The Board of Managers includes physician and administrative leaders from participating practices. The Operations Leadership Team includes dedicated healthcare leaders with a wide variety of backgrounds.

The Board of Managers and Leadership team are responsible for the following:

• Directing and supervising the business and affairs of KidWell Network
• Providing practice organization and practice transformation support
• Negotiating management, operating and value contracts
• Delivering data and analytics support and reporting
• Offering advisory and administrative support services
• Managing all other required activities and affairs of the KidWell Network
• Connecting between practices and Group Purchasing Organization

The KidWell Network Board of Managers includes experienced professionals dedicated to guiding the strategic direction of the network. The board is led by our Executive Leadership—Chair, Vice Chair, Medical Director, and the Executive Director —alongside a committed group of board members.
